Tom Berhane · Minnesota
Minnesota policy. Veteran perspective. No agenda except the truth.
Veteran.
Minnesotan.
Tom Berhane immigrated to Minnesota in 1987 and has called it home ever since. He served 21 years in the United States Army — 17 of them in Special Operations, with the 75th Ranger Regiment and 5th Special Forces Group. He enlisted before 9/11 and served through the Afghan pullout. He came home to a state he still believes in.
This platform exists because the thinking that went into it does not expire. The issues documented here are real. The frameworks are sound. And the perspective of someone who has served, sacrificed, and watched this state closely for nearly four decades is worth keeping on the record.
